The pricing of our work for you depends on two factors:

1. The condition of the print to be scanned and restored
2. Printing choices



1. Scanning/Restoration:

In consultation with you we will categorize your photos into one of four different categories:

1)Scanning/Restoration for photos in good condition: $12.00/one image (exclude printing)

Small few spots.
Digital Scanning for the original picture size up to 8x10in. (enlarged out put file size for fit making print up to 8x10in.)
Basic Collection of Color, Tone and Contrast
Burning as Digital File in CD

2)Scanning/Restoration for photos in moderate condition: $30.00/one image (exclude printing)

Extensive spots.
Up to two in large areas details need to repair or replacement
Few large areas of moderate details to repair with hand blush work or replace by cloning
Digital Scanning for original picture size up to 8x10in.(enlarged out put file size for fit making print up to 8x10in.)
Basic Collection of Color, Tone and Contrast
Burning as Digital File in CD

3)Scanning/Restoration for photos in poor condition: $70.00/one image (exclude printing)

Extensive spots.
More than three areas of moderate detail to repair by hand blushing work or replace by cloning.
Image needs major reconstruction as: torn, peeled away, cracked, and faded color, finger printings on images and so on.
Digital Scanning for the original picture size up to 8x10in. (enlarged out put file size for fit making print up to 8x10in.)
Basic Collection of Color, Tone and Contrast
Burning as Digital File in CD

4) With original material that is beyond the specification indicated in #3, customized restoration is involved. The fee for this work is $70/h.

The above applies for scanning and restoration work on original material up to 8” by 10” and where the restored photograph is the same size as the original.

Specialized work (including making large prints from smaller originals) requires scanning at significantly higher resolution——and also more detailed and sophisticated retouching. Additional drum scanning at a professional photo lab is also required. Prices for this custom work will be supplied on request.

2. Printing choices

All printing is done with Epson UltraChrome K3 Archival quality ink.

Premium Photo quality Paper: Pearl or Semi Gloss
4x5, 5x7 $8.00/one image
8x10 $12.00/one image
11x14 $15.00/one image

Maximum enlarged copy-printing size up to 11x14in

Fine Art Media or Premium Photo quality Paper: Matt
Up to 8x10 $40.00/one image
11x40 $50.00/one image
